Privacy policy

How we handle your data on this website and in our games. Last updated 17 October 2026.

The short version

  • You can play every VS Gaming game without giving us your name or email.
  • We collect what a game needs to work: an ID so your scores and progress stay yours, and your results so leaderboards work.
  • VS 2048 shows ads through Google AdMob. None of our other games show ads.
  • This website uses no cookies and no analytics.
  • We never sell your data.
  • You can ask us to show you or delete what we hold about you at any time.

Who we are

VS Gaming FZCO ("VS Gaming", "we", "us") is a games studio and publisher based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We make the games listed on vsgaming.gg and we run this website. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

This policy covers this website and all VS Gaming games. Where a game runs on another company's platform, such as Google Play, Roblox or s&box, that company also collects data under its own privacy policy. We link to those policies below.

This website

When you browse

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking of any kind. Like every website, it is delivered by servers that see your IP address and basic details of your browser when you load a page. Our site is hosted by Microsoft Azure, which keeps short-lived technical logs to run and secure the service.

The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser also connects to Google, which sees your IP address. Google says it does not use this to build profiles or target ads.

When you use the contact form

If you send us a message, we collect what you enter: your name, your email address, the topic, the game (if you pick one) and your message. We use it only to reply to you and to deal with your request. Messages are delivered to our support mailbox, which is run on Microsoft 365, and are kept there while we handle your request and for a reasonable time afterwards in case you write again.

VS 2048

VS 2048 is a puzzle game for Android. You can play all of it without an account.

  • A random device ID. The first time you open the game it creates a random ID and keeps it on your device. It is not taken from your phone, your hardware or any account. It lets the leaderboards tell your scores apart from everyone else's. Uninstalling the game deletes it.
  • Your results. When you finish a run we send your score, your highest tile and your number of moves to our VS+ servers so leaderboards, events and tournaments work. While you play, the game also tells our servers that a session is active, so timed events work.
  • Advertising. The game shows ads through Google AdMob. To do that, AdMob uses your device's advertising ID and records which ads you saw and tapped. Google collects this under its own privacy policy; we only receive totals such as impressions and revenue. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings, under Google, then Ads.

VS 2048 asks for one Android permission: internet access. It does not collect your location, contacts, photos, files or payment details, and it sells nothing.

Our Roblox games

VS Netball and VS Royale run on Roblox. Your Roblox account, chat, parental controls and any Robux purchases are handled by Roblox Corporation under the Roblox privacy policy. We never see your Roblox password, email address or payment details.

  • Saved progress. Your progress, such as your club, unlocked items and stats, is saved in Roblox's own storage against your Roblox user ID.
  • Purchases. If you buy something in one of our games with Robux, Roblox tells us which item you bought so we can give it to you.
  • Leaderboards. VS Royale ranks players on VS+. To do that, the game sends your Roblox user ID, your Roblox display name and your results (such as wins) to our VS+ servers. Your display name and results then appear on the public leaderboard.

Our s&box games

VS Blast, VS Hot Potato! and Starline: First Contact run on s&box, made by Facepunch Studios, and you sign in to s&box with Steam. Your s&box and Steam accounts are handled by Facepunch and Valve under their own privacy policies.

  • Saved progress. Your progress, unlocks and settings are saved on your own computer, in s&box's data folder, linked to your Steam ID. We do not receive a copy.
  • Multiplayer. When you play online, other players in the same match can see your s&box name and avatar.
  • VS+ leaderboards. VS Blast and VS Hot Potato! can post your results to VS+ leaderboards. You can play as a guest, in which case we store a random guest ID, your display name and your results. If you choose to sign in to a VS+ account, the game sends your VS+ email and password to VS+ to sign you in; it does not keep your password.

VS+ accounts and leaderboards

VS+ is the service that runs leaderboards, events and rankings for our games. Creating a VS+ account is always optional. If you create one, VS+ stores your email address, display name and password so you can keep your results across games and devices. VS+ is covered by the VS+ privacy policy.

Display names and results you post to a leaderboard are public: anyone can see them in the game and on vs.plus.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. We share it only with the services that help us run our games and this site:

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our players, our games or other people from harm or fraud.

Where your data is processed

The services above run data centres in several countries, including the United States and the European Union, so your data may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, these providers use recognised safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect it.

How long we keep it

  • Leaderboard results stay for as long as that leaderboard exists. Daily boards reset each day; weekly and season boards reset on their own schedules.
  • Saved progress on Roblox stays until you ask us to delete it. Progress in our s&box games stays on your computer until you delete it.
  • VS+ accounts are kept until you delete the account or ask us to.
  • Contact form messages are kept while we deal with your request and for up to two years afterwards, then deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • get a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • have it corrected or deleted
  • object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it
  • withdraw consent you have given, such as for ads
  • complain to your local data protection authority

Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on these legal bases: running the game or service you asked for (contract), keeping leaderboards fair and our games secure (legitimate interests), and showing ads in VS 2048 (consent, which you give through the consent message in the game).

To make a request, use our contact form and choose "Delete my data", or email support@vs.plus. Tell us which game it is about and include your device ID, Roblox username or VS+ email if you have it, so we can find your records. We reply within 30 days.

Children

VS 2048 and our s&box games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Our Roblox games are open to all ages allowed by Roblox. In them we do not ask for any personal information: we only use the Roblox user ID and display name that Roblox provides, and Roblox's own parental controls and age rules apply.

If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will also tell you in the affected games before it takes effect.
